We expanded Public pulse so every vendor incidents page opens with a single signal strip at the top. The chart still shows community affected and not-affected reports, but it now also layers Google search interest observed on Huntertech and translucent bands for vendor-confirmed incidents that overlap the same 72-hour window.
Search interest comes from outage-related queries Google attributes to huntertech.io, filtered to each vendor name and outage intent such as down, outage, or not working. It is not total Google search volume, community report counts, or affected-user totals. Google may omit low-volume queries, and we only draw the overlay when enough hourly impressions are present so sparse noise does not distract from the chart.
Vendor-confirmed incidents render as rose bands across the hours they were active, with a stronger edge when an incident is still ongoing. Hover a bucket to see the time range, duration, and status alongside community and search context. The x-axis now labels the start, middle, and end of the 72-hour window in your local timezone.
The Public outage signals panel sits above the verified incident list on every vendor page. Collapsed mode keeps a compact pulse for quick scanning. Expand it to file a community report, read recent submissions, and review the full legend for affected reports, search interest, and official incidents. Data refreshes on different cadences: community reports update about every 30 seconds, while search interest refreshes about every six hours from Google Search Console.
This release rolls out across the full vendor catalog. Vendors with little or no outage-related search traffic on Huntertech will show community and incident signals only, which is expected. When search interest is present, it gives operations teams another early lens during the first minutes of an outage, alongside the community layer we shipped earlier this year.
