Welcome to Huntertech.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, applications, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services").

Legal entity. Huntertech.io is operated by Jonathan R. Hunter, an individual doing business as Huntertech.io. In our agreements and policies, references to "Huntertech.io," "Huntertech," "we", "us", or "our", or similar terms mean the Service Provider, unless the context requires otherwise. The Service Provider is currently a sole proprietor and is not yet incorporated as a corporation or LLC. We plan to form a U.S. business entity and will offer enterprise customers a reasonable opportunity to assign or novate agreements to that entity when it is formed.

Huntertech.io is a public-facing platform: you do not need an account to use many parts of the Services. Whether you browse or use the Services as an anonymous or signed-out user (without registering) or you sign in or register, these Terms govern your access and use.

By accessing or using Huntertech.io - including without an account - you acknowledge and accept all risks, disclaimers, and limitations of liability set forth herein, and you represent that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you create an account or complete registration (including via email or third-party sign-in such as Google or GitHub where we offer it), doing so constitutes your agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy as they apply to your account. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services and from creating an account.

If you are not authorized to enter into these Terms (for example, if you are a minor without parental consent or do not have the legal capacity to form a binding contract), you must not access or use the Services.

1. Overview

Huntertech.io provides tools and AI-powered solutions designed to help users build, design, and manage technology projects more efficiently. These Services may include but are not limited to AI assistants, design generators, analytics dashboards, and hosted web tools.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent;
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to deny or suspend access to any user who violates these requirements or these Terms.

Because Huntertech.io permits use without an account, we have no reliable means of verifying age or parental consent for anonymous or signed-out users. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of, or in the presence of, a minor, you are responsible for ensuring that use complies with this section. Huntertech.io disclaims responsibility for verifying user eligibility for anonymous use.

3. Use of Services

Huntertech.io is a public-facing platform that does not require user accounts. You may access and use our Services freely as an anonymous or signed-out user, subject to these Terms.

If you choose to create an account - by registering with email and password or through any third-party or social sign-in we make available - completing that registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy as applied to your account.

You are responsible for:

• Using the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Ensuring that any content you submit is accurate and lawful;
• Respecting the rights of others and not misusing the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior;
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform;
• Misuse the Services to infringe on any intellectual property rights;
• Use AI features for the creation or spread of disinformation, exploitation, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these Terms or poses risk to our systems or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, text, designs, and other materials available through Huntertech.io are owned or licensed by Huntertech.io. You retain ownership of any original content you upload. You grant Huntertech.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and process that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, for the duration of your use of the Services and a reasonable period thereafter for backup and legal compliance purposes. This license terminates upon deletion of the content or your account, except to the extent retention is required by law or for legitimate backup purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Huntertech.io's intellectual property without our prior written permission.

5A. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Huntertech.io respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Services; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Huntertech.io will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may remove or disable access to the material and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. AI-Generated Output

Huntertech.io may use artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs. You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs are generated automatically without human review and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, unreliable, or unusable;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the suitability, legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all AI-generated outputs prior to any use or reliance;
• Huntertech.io makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties about the originality, legality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated outputs;
• Huntertech.io is not a publisher, co-creator, or endorser of any user-generated or AI-generated content, and does not vet, verify, or approve any outputs;
• You assume all risk and responsibility for the use, interpretation, and consequences of any content provided by AI tools on the platform.

You agree not to use AI-generated content for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes. Huntertech.io will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from AI outputs, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential.

7. Availability of Services

Huntertech.io is currently provided as a free, public service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time;
• Implement new features or restrictions as needed;
• Make changes to service availability with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Complimentary, Promotional, and Discretionary Access

We may offer complimentary, promotional, or discretionary benefits - including elevated or "VIP" tiers, premium features, credits, trials, or access we might otherwise sell or offer only by subscription - at no charge, for a limited time, or as a goodwill gesture.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement that expressly grants you a fixed entitlement (for example, a paid order or subscription with defined terms), you acknowledge and agree that any such complimentary or promotional access:

• Is discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or revoked in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion;
• Does not create a permanent, irrevocable, or "lifetime" right to any tier, feature, or price unless we have stated that expressly in writing for your specific case;
• May be subject to additional terms on a promotion page, at checkout, or in an offer; where those terms conflict with these Terms for that promotion, the promotion-specific terms govern for that offer.

If you purchase access to a tier or feature for a fee, your rights regarding that purchase are governed by the applicable purchase or subscription terms and applicable law; this section does not take away remedies you may have as a paying customer under those terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our platform or other users. You may stop using our Services at any time.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately end.

10. Disclaimers

Huntertech.io is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntertech.io disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties that the Services or outputs are accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or fit for any purpose;
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times;
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any data, information, or content provided through the Services.

Huntertech.io is not responsible for any user-generated content, actions of users, interactions between users, or consequences thereof. Huntertech.io does not endorse, verify, or approve any content, data, or information available through the Services.

All Services and content are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific needs. You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huntertech.io, its founders, partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, liability, or expense of any kind, regardless of foreseeability, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use, misuse, or inability to use the Services;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services or content;
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• User-generated content, actions of users, or interactions between users;
• AI-generated outputs or reliance thereon;
• Any third-party services, products, or content linked to or integrated with the Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Huntertech.io has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntertech.io's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) fifty U.S. dollars ($50), or (b) the total amount you paid Huntertech.io for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huntertech.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use, misuse, or inability to use the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
• Your infringement or violation of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services;
• Your use or reliance on any AI-generated outputs;
• Any actions or claims initiated by third parties relating to your use of the Services.

You unconditionally waive any claims against Huntertech.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages, losses, or legal actions initiated by third parties. You agree to assume full responsibility for and indemnify us against any and all claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from your use, misuse, or inability to use the Services.

13. User Acknowledgements

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

• Use of Huntertech.io may produce unpredictable or adverse outcomes, and the Limitation of Liability and Indemnification sections above govern how that risk is allocated between you and Huntertech.io;
• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• If you are not authorized to enter into these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

14. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use thereof shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions: You hereby waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding (including class action lawsuits) against Huntertech.io. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only.

Exceptions: Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or violations of intellectual property rights.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You waive any challenge to jurisdiction or venue and agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or arbitration forums located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, except as otherwise provided in the arbitration section above.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability.

17. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17A. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data and account content for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these Terms. Retention periods vary by data type; see our Privacy Policy for category-level detail.

If you have an account, you may permanently delete your account and associated application data from Subscription settings (self-service account deletion). After deletion, we remove associated application records, API keys, and authentication identity within a reasonable operational period, except where retention is required by law (for example tax or billing records) or for legitimate backup and security purposes for a limited time.

Anonymous or signed-out use may still generate server logs and analytics data. Such data is retained for operational and security purposes for limited periods and is not tied to an account you can delete.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, or if you cannot use self-service deletion, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests. For copyright complaints regarding user content, see Section 5A.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Non-material changes take effect when posted on this page. For material changes, including changes to the Limitation of Liability, Arbitration, or Indemnification sections, we will provide reasonably advance notice via a visible notice on the Services or, for registered users, via email, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Services before the change takes effect.
