Global search opens a command palette from the header or with Cmd/Ctrl+K so you can jump to vendors, account settings, News, Timeline, and other destinations without hunting through menus.

Open search from the header on app-shell pages or press Cmd/Ctrl+K from anywhere in the product.
Find vendors by name, including recently viewed vendors when the query is empty.
Jump to account settings by label or keyword, including billing, notifications, webhooks, Slack, and API keys.

We added global search so you can move through the product faster. On app-shell pages such as Dashboard, Vendors, Timeline, News, and Account, use the search control in the header. From anywhere in the signed-in product you can also press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux to open the same command palette.

The palette is built for quick navigation, not just page names. Type a vendor to jump straight to its overview. Leave the field empty to see recently viewed vendors with one-click access. Search account destinations by title or keyword: try billing, webhook, slack, referral, or watchlist to surface the right settings page without opening the sidebar first.

Core site destinations stay in the same list: Home, Vendors, Timeline, and News appear alongside your account routes. When a settings page requires a higher plan, search still surfaces it under Higher plans with a path to subscription so you know what unlocks next.

Results use the same enterprise modal chrome as support and feedback flows, with keyboard navigation, Enter to open the highlighted row, and Escape to close. Global search is available on mobile and desktop app-shell routes so the entry point stays consistent whether you are reviewing incidents, checking News, or tuning account settings.
