• API usage metrics: aggregated hourly request counts for quota enforcement and support; removed when your account is deleted.
• In-app notifications: retained while your account is active and removed with account deletion.
• Support inquiries: retained to respond and for operational history unless you request deletion and no legal hold applies.
• Server logs and analytics: retained for limited operational and security periods; anonymous or signed-out use may generate such data not tied to an account.

After account deletion, we remove associated application records within a reasonable operational period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate backup and security purposes for a limited time.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by deleting your account in Subscription settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests. Copyright complaints regarding user-submitted content are handled under our Terms of Service (Section 5A).

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

No Warranty of Security: All data protection measures are undertaken on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. Assumption of Risk: By using Huntertech.io, you acknowledge and accept that transmission of information via the Internet involves inherent risk, and you voluntarily assume such risk. You understand and accept that no system can be completely secure, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the transmission and storage of data online, including the risk of inadvertent disclosure or access despite Huntertech.io's commercially reasonable security measures.
