Maintenance Details
Cisco will update SSE Network Tunnel Groups across the listed data centers.
Date and Time
July 22nd, 16:00 UTC to July 22nd, 20:00 UTC
Impact
During this maintenance, Cisco will update SSE Network Tunnel Groups across the listed data centers. Tunnels connected to a data center undergoing maintenance may briefly fail over or reconnect to another available data center within the same region.
IPsec tunnel sessions may experience a short intermittent reconnection period during the update. Individual tunnel recovery is generally expected within 60 seconds, depending on customer-side tunnel settings.
New sessions are expected to connect to an available data center. No sustained traffic interruption is expected, recovery should occur automatically, and no customer action is required

Maintenance Details
The platform team will be performing upgrades in the BEIJING-2-sse-cnn-1-1-1 vEDC. During this time, traffic will be redirected to BEIJING-1-sse-cnn-1-1-0, in the same resiliency region.
Date and Time
July 20th, 15:00 UTC to July 21st, 19:00 UTC
Impact
During this maintenance window, Cisco Secure Access policy operations (create/update/delete) will be unavailable in the China environment. Existing policies will remain intact. This maintenance is limited to the China environment (cn-north) and will not affect commercial or any other environments.
Cisco Secure Client: Sessions on the affected VEDC can be terminated. New sessions are not expected to be impacted. Services will attempt to automatically reconnect to another VEDC. Manual reconnection required if auto-reconnect is not enabled.
Data Loss Prevention: DLP Reporting pages will be unavailable and DLP Events will be delayed in reporting. All other services remain operational. No customer action required.
Network Tunnel Groups: Customers should ensure that their IPsec tunnels are configured for automatic failover across VEDCs. During this activity, tunnels associated with the VEDC being updated may fail over to alternate VEDCs. When failover is properly configured, customer traffic is expected to continue without interruption. Only one VEDC per region will be updated at a time.
Policy Enforcement: No service interruption or traffic impact is expected. No customer action required.
Remote Access VPN: Active VPN sessions connected through the affected data center can be disconnected. New sessions are not expected to be impacted. Users will need to reconnect. Sessions are expected to establish through the paired data center.
Web Security: No service interruption or traffic impact is expected. No customer action required.
