Resolved - We are providing a retroactive update for an issue that affected URL filtering policy enforcement for SWG customers in the China region.
Between 20:26 UTC and 22:10 UTC on June 30, 2026, customers using URL filtering policies in China may have experienced policy enforcement issues. During this time, attempts to access sites that should have been blocked or warned may not have triggered the expected policy action, including block or warn pages.
The issue affected both China data centers and has been mitigated. URL filtering policy enforcement has been restored, and our engineering teams continue to monitor service stability and investigate the underlying cause.
