Resolved - Between 12:12 UTC and 13:15 UTC, customers may have experienced default document classification values for some files in the DSPM dashboard. All other DSPM functions remained fully operational throughout this period. The issue affecting document classification within the Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) service is now resolved.

Affected files will be updated automatically as soon as any activity on the file happens. No customer action is required.

To maintain service quality, this location has been temporarily removed from rotation for new connections. Customers with existing connections will remain connected and can continue using the service without interruption. New connection attempts will be automatically redirected to the nearest available data center configured for your organization. Customers connecting using a location-specific address may receive a certificate warning. We recommend using the automatic selection address to ensure seamless connectivity.

Update - We are still working with our infrastructure provider on the EU/Frankfurt site intermittent connectivity issue.

Customers with reporting data stored in the EU/Frankfurt data storage location may be unable to retrieve reporting data older than 30 days at this time.
