Required notice contents

3. Your contact information (address, telephone, and email);
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore material when appropriate under the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
