You are receiving this notice in accordance with the Zscaler Service Continuity Policy.
Please note that the Lagos II (LOS2) Data Center will be shut down any time after October 23, 2026.
LOS2 Data Center will be removed from PAC service on September 7, 2026. Those customers that are connecting to LOS2 DC via PAC will see that only the datacenter Lagos III (LOS3) is resolvable after September 7, 2026.
Customers connected to DC via GRE or IPSEC tunnel(s) will be contacted separately with migration instructions
Other Zscaler sites and Zscaler Services will continue to operate normally.
Customer Impact: Those customers that are connecting to LOS2 DC via PAC will see that only the datacenter Lagos III (LOS3) is resolvable after September 7, 2026.
