Please note that the Mumbai IV (BOM4) data center will be shut down any time on or after October 21, 2026. The customers that are still connecting to BOM4 via GRE or IPSEC tunnel(s) must migrate their traffic to the new Mumbai VII (BOM7) data center. All such customers will be contacted separately with migration instructions.
Other Zscaler sites and Zscaler Services will continue to operate normally.
