The Zscaler Site Reliability Engineering team will be performing an urgent maintenance on zscaler.net cloud. This maintenance is scheduled for Saturday at 06:00 AM Pacific Time on August 22, 2026 (Saturday, August 22 2026 01:00 PM UTC), and can take up to 4 hours to complete.
During this maintenance period, the Zscaler Client Connector Portal might get impacted. As a result, access to policy management and reporting will not be available. Existing devices that are already enrolled will not be affected, but there may be intermittent failures in registering new devices. Rest assured, all logs will be collected and made available once the maintenance mode window concludes. Please contact Zscaler Support if you have additional questions.
