Our investigation is ongoing. At this time, the issue appears to be limited to the Washington, DC data centers. Some customers utilizing these locations may continue to experience slow page loading and degraded performance. We will provide additional updates as the investigation progresses.

Zscaler has implemented a proactive mitigation while continuing to investigate the reported performance degradation. As a load-sharing measure, Zscaler is temporarily redirecting a portion of traffic to an alternate data center to help reduce customer impact. The issue continues to appear limited to the Washington, DC data centers. We will provide further updates as the investigation progresses.
