Zscaler teams are continuing corrective actions in the remaining affected APAC data centers on the zscloud.net cloud. A subset of customers using Branch Connectors or Cloud Connectors with plain UDP tunnels to ZIA may continue to experience intermittent connectivity interruptions. Affected customers can switch their connector tunnels to DTLS to mitigate the issue. Please contact Zscaler Support if you need assistance with this configuration change.
