Zoom maintenance

Status: scheduled We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for a upgrade related to our file services. This update covers multiple file-related components and is aimed at improving overall stability, scalability, and feature support. No operational impact is expected. This maintenance introduces the following new features and improvements: 1. Smoother client-side rate limiting. 2. Fixed large attachment segmented download failure. 3. Clients can now obtain attachment dimensions without downloading first. 4. New OpenAPI for Contact Center file uploads and Tasks import file uploads. 5. Fixed FetchTeamChatMsg OpenAPI cross-cluster file download issue. 6. Fast Scribe OpenAPI data flow optimization. All services are expected to operate normally during the maintenance window.
