Status: resolved Starting at approximately 09:00 AM UTC on October 13, 2026, following an update to the underlying AI model, some recipes using the Analyze text action in the AI by Workato connector may have failed with the error "Unable to analyse the document provided." The updated model follows prompt instructions more strictly, and in some cases returned responses in a structure the action did not expect. We have released an update to the Analyze text action that handles these responses correctly. This update is available on an opt-in basis and is not enabled by default. Because the updated model is also stricter about what a prompt asks for, the instructions in affected recipes may need to be reviewed and adjusted to return the expected results once the update is enabled. If your recipes are affected, please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM. We can enable the update for your affected recipes and help review your prompts. Failed jobs may be repeated after these changes.
