Impact:

We are investigating an active service degradation affecting users in the US North West and Canada West regions. The incident began on August 20, 2026, at approximately 08:40 PDT.


Our engineering team is engaged with our underlying cloud provider to isolate the root cause and restore normal performance.


Temporary Workarounds:


Mobile Users: If you are experiencing elevated latency or connection drops, please manually route/connect to the nearest adjacent region.


Remote Networks / Service Connections: Traffic configured with enabled secondary tunnels will automatically fail over outside the affected regions.


We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
