We are aware of an issue affecting a subset of customers on the ZSNet cloud. Some customers may be experiencing intermittent disruptions to device registration, authentication, and Admin UI access. Zscaler has identified the issue and is actively working towards full restoration of services.

Zscaler continues to investigate an ongoing issue affecting a subset of customers on the ZSNet cloud experiencing intermittent disruptions to device registration, authentication, and Admin UI access. A mitigation was applied, however it did not have the desired effect. We are now focused on isolating the root cause and further updates will be shared shortly.
