Zscaler teams continues to investigate the issue affecting out-of-band scanning of data in certain SaaS applications. We are actively implementing mitigation measures to improve scanning performance and reduce the impact to affected content while we continue to determine the underlying cause. During this time, out-of-band scanning may remain delayed or incomplete for affected content. Live, inline traffic remains unaffected. We will provide another update as mitigation efforts progress and additional information becomes available.
