Zscaler has identified the underlying cause and is working on both an immediate mitigation and a permanent fix. As a temporary relief measure, Zscaler is implementing a change to reduce the amount of group membership information included during device registration for affected users. A permanent product fix is also in development. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
