Problem detected [Investigating]
Upgrading a self hosted instance with the current Helm charts customers are at risk of deleting the current namespace and potential data loss. Self hosted customers who adopted Helm charts prior to January 26, 2026 are advised to not upgrade their self hosted instances via Helm charts until further advised. The Engineering team are investigating this behaviour and we will notify affected customers when they can safely upgrade via Helm charts. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact Tines support should you have any questions.
