986753 | On the DPoP, when the 'No SNI' error setting is configured to 'Bypass,' connections that do not include a Server Name Indication (SNI) are not correctly bypassed. Consequently, the intended bypass action is not applied, and no bypass event is generated for this traffic. As a workaround, configure an SSL Do Not Decrypt (DND) rule matching on the destination IP for affected destinations. This approach is effective when the Client still specifies a hostname during the connection (even though the TLS session itself omits SNI), covering most real-world No-SNI Clients. It is ineffective in the less common scenario where the Client connects directly to a numeric IP address without a hostname. |
