Status: scheduled Maintenance Window: Sunday, July 19, 2026, 01:00 UTC – 03:00 UTC (Saturday, July 18, 2026, 19:00 – 21:00 MDT) What to expect: Any interruption to login, authentication, or User Portal requests is expected to be brief. Most users will likely notice no impact. During each failover event, any interruption is expected to last less than one minute, and services will remain available throughout the maintenance window. Users who are in the middle of logging in or completing a federated SSO authentication flow when a failover occurs may need to retry their sign-in. Active sessions for users who are already authenticated are expected to remain unaffected. Administrators using OAuth to sign in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal may experience brief, intermittent sign-in failures during the maintenance window. If this occurs, simply retry signing in after a few moments. No action is required on your part. This maintenance is necessary to improve the stability, resilience, and security of our platform.
