Investigating issues with saving rules in Google SecOps Unified Rules Public Preview Web UI.

Summary

**Description:** We are investigating an issue with the public preview Unified Rules UI for Google SecOps beginning at Friday, 2026-08-28 10:10 PDT Our engineering team has identified the root cause and validating the fix. We will provide more information by Friday, 2026-08-28 14:30 PDT with details. **Symptoms:** In the Public Preview Unified Rules Editor, when switching between rules using the "Close split view" button, the logic for a previously-viewed rule can appear instead of the correct rule logic. This would appear as the rule name in the logic tab being a mismatch with the current correct rule the customer is viewing. **Workaround:** Customers can use the "Switch to the legacy experience" option located on the UI banner to opt out of the Unified Rules Web UI public preview.
