**Title** Some Google SecOps customers may be experiencing missing data for UEBA metrics. **Description** We are experiencing an issue with Google SecOps beginning Thursday, 2026-07-23 09:00 PDT. Our engineering team has identified the cause of this issue and continues to roll out mitigation, which has taken longer than originally anticipated. Full metrics backfill and UEBA rules reprocessing is expected to take up to a week to complete for all customers. We will provide an update by Monday, 2026-08-10 10:00 PDT with current details. . **Symptoms** Affected US customers may have metrics based rules not return detections and may have missing data for UEBA metrics. **Workaround** Our engineering team will trigger metrics backfill and re-run UEBA rules once the issue is mitigated.
