**Title** Some Google SecOps customers may be experiencing missing data for UEBA metrics. **Description** We are experiencing an issue with Google SecOps beginning Thursday, 2026-07-23 09:00 PDT. Our engineering team continues to investigate the cause of this issue while also working on a mitigation strategy. We will provide an update by Thursday, 2026-07-30 21:30 PDT with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. **Symptoms** Affected US customers may have metrics based rules not return detections and may have missing data for UEBA metrics. **Workaround** None at this time. Our engineering team will trigger metrics backfill and re-run UEBA rules once the issue is mitigated.
