Status: identified Root Cause: An upstream outage/degradation with AWS RDS in the il-central-1 region. Impacted Feature: ZSP for Cloud console access with Dual Control Flows Users cannot create new requests using dual control or on-demand in-platform flow. Approvers cannot approve new requests ZSP connections that require Dual Control are not working This affects only customers who have configured Dual Control in ZSP Access Policies for cloud console access connections. Not Impacted: Cloud console access connections without Dual Control Mitigation: We are actively working with AWS to gather further information on the resolution of this issue, and are exploring temporary mitigation pathways in parallel. We are continuing to investigate whether any additional flows are affected. Further details will be shared as the investigation progresses. Thank you
